[osx] 1) remove ARCH_DEFINES usage, it's redundent, 2) libmodplug-xxx.so was not being build with make, 3) cosmetic restore xcode_depends items, 4) remove useless CXXFLAGS from link line and move LDFLAGS to the front where it matters

fixed: move LDFLAGS earlier in the commandline when linking xbmc.bin
Some options that can be used in LDFLAGS only affect libraries that are
specified after the option. For those to work correctly, the objects and
libraries have to be specified after LDFLAGS, not before.

fixed: set datarootdir in xbmc.sh.in
datadir may be derived from datarootdir. Missing definition did not
cause issues as autoconf was expanding it itself as a backward
compatibility measure, while emitting a warning during configure.
