Correction for Example 2:
You actually want to call "/web/serviceplayable?sRef=XYZ" - without the sRefPlaying to ensure the new service will be playable/streamable aside the one(s) already running.

Add possibility to check for playability of service(s)
* To check a single service use: "/web/serviceplayable?sRef=XYZ?sRefPlaying=ABC"
* To check a complete ServiceList/Bouquet use: "/web/servicelistplayable?sRef=XYZ?sRefPlaying=ABC"

sRefPlaying only needs to be specified if you are about to change the service streamed to the client (so enigma2 knows that this resource will be freed before the new service is being streamed).

Example 1: You're client is currently streaming the service with the reference "XYZ", you want to know if there are free resource to SWITCH streaming to the service with the reference "ABC". You will stop streaming "XYZ" IF "ABC" is actually streamable, so you should call: "/web/serviceplayable?sRef=XYZ?sRefPlaying=ABC"

Example 2: Like 1 but you don't wanth to actually switch the stream but add a second one.
You should now call: "/web/serviceplayable?sRef=XYZ?sRefPlaying=ABC"
