avahi: fix postinst script error
The previous version of dbus-1 will not stop clean if there exists
running 'dbus-daemon --session' in the system. That will cause the
script to believe it should ask for a force-reload of dbus, which
leads to an error exit because the 'dbus-daemon --system' wasn't
really running.

task-openmoko-toolchain-*.bb: clean up and move some libraries.
New meta toolchain can install libraries via internet.
Remove these libraries to make toolchain smaller.

* libmokoui2-dev
* libmokopanelui2-dev
* libmokojournal2-dev
Also move openmoko-toolchain-scripts from target to host, and add
edje-sdk to host.

Otherwise it will overwrite host udev settings in a toolchain

Without this, postrm script will try to remove service on the host

[openmoko] turn on packaged-staging for openmoko
This change means it only takes 24 mins for a full rebuild if you don't
delete tmp/deploy/pstage. Also packaged staging makes switch versions
clean. This may require a rebuild from people.
