packages/gcc/gcc-4.0.2:
    HACK to workaround an issue in using gcc -E as cpp for the
    cross compiler for libmudflap, libstdc++ and other libs.
    AC_CHECK_HEADERS will think it can use host headers, we simply
    hack around this for now
