Merge branch 'gles-vis'

Fixes needed for the new gles visualizations to work in linux.

* gles-vis:
  vis: hook up waveform and glspectrum for all gles builds
  vis: Change namespace to avoid colliding with XBMC's
  vis: needs a start function to load
  vis: fix build for shaders on Linux
  vis: fix gles includes on gl spectrum
